Arrival
of participants, accommodation. Students live in Miško g. 15, teachers live at
hotels (chosen by their own) or in our accommodation place in Jonavos g. 162.
2015 m. January 20 d. (Tuesday)
08.00 – 09.00 –breakfast.
09.00-10.00 – meeting in Miško g., welcoming
words, introduction of students and teachers, organisational questions.
10.00-11.40 – presentation of homeworks.
11.40-12.00 – coffee break.
12.00 – 12.30 – lecture about volunteering. (Vilma
Šliužaitė)
12.30-13.30 – lunch.
13.30 – 14.30 – introduction to case studies,
announcement of groups, discussions in groups, announcement of case studies
evaluation criteria, announcement of further schedule, organisational
questions. At the same time teachers evaluate homeworks.
14.30-15.00 – coffee break.
15.00-18.30 – walk around school premises, Old
town.
18.30 – friendship evening, dinner in Miško g. Quiz or
games.

Activities
in different towns: KAUNAS, AUKŠTADVARIS, PALANGA.

08.00 Breakfast
09.00-11.00 Volunteering at children garden,
which is located just few minutes by foot.
11.10-11.40 Coffee break/discussions/brainstorming
for students about case study.
12.00-13.00 Lunch.
13.50-15.00 Volunteering activity at Food bank.
15.40 Introduction with institution “Home of Solidarity
between generations” .
17.00-17.30 Coffee break.
17.40-18.20 Lecture about volunteering .
18.30-19.30 Dinner
19.30-20.00 Discussions about case study. Sending
of photos to professional video makers, Kaunas group starts making video.

January 21 (Wednesday)

10.00 – 13.00 Volunteering activities at rest home
of st. Dominicus. Decoration of glasses with the stained-glass paint/ folding
and decoration of boxes with colored
paper. In activity participate elderly
people.
13.00 Lunch
14.00 – 18.00
Volunteering activities at “Malta“ food bank. Buying of food, selection and
distribution to elderly and disabled people.
18.00 – 19.00 – dinner.
19.00 - 20.00-
preparational work for case studies, sending of photos to professional
video makers.
January 22 (Thursday)
9.00 Breakfast
10.00 Transfer to Kaunas

Environmental management will be subject of
mobility in Palanga.

8.00 – 9.00 – breakfast for Kaunas group.
9.00 - 11.00 – Kaunas group is making video with professional
video makers, participating in imitation of filming site.
Aukštadvaris group arrives.
11.00 – 13.00 – Aukštadvaris group is making
video with professional video makers, participating in imitation of filming
site, Kaunas group is blogging.
Palanga group arrives.
13.00-14.00 – lunch.
14.00-16.00 –Palanga group is making video with
professional video makers, participating in imitation of filming site, Kaunas
group is preparing for presentation, Aukštadvaris group is blogging and
preparing for presentation.
16.00 -17.30 – introduction of case studies,
evaluation, Palanga group is blogging and preparing for presentation.
18.30 –
dinner, friendship evening, all are preparing meals related to their
national cuisine, awards for best essay, video, best case study discussed,
feedback from participants.
