Hey guys,
thank you very much for an incredible week in Porvoo. So much good thing came from this meeting and I think a lot of you have started friendship that can last your lifetime.
About the pictures we took during our staying are now in one single folder and can be seen here!
Sölvi's pictures will be added very soon in the same foler :)
Some of you asked me about the pictures taken while the mobilty was held in Iceland (in september), and for a miracle, I discovered few more pictures in my computer, that are from your trip to Lake Mývatn.
Please visit that album here and let me know if you think there are more pictures missing.
But again, thanks to you all at Point College for hosting us, all of you students that participated and the good people that accompanied the students from participating countries.
ps. when we arrived to Iceland we were informed of dangerous travelling weather to Akureyri, but we went anyway :) Strong wind, occasional snowdrift and zero visibility, but we made it :)
Best wishes from Iceland :)

The Sinking group report.
05.11.2014
Moi!
This is the Sinking group reporting, we had
a great time yesterday. We think the best part of yesterday was walking on
Porvoo street in the rain. We saw the amazing, church and the old bridge and another
old bridge, and we could actually see nothing because it was dark and creepy.
We walked not so fast (but like fast) and those guides explained all very
professionally.
In general, the teachers in the school organized
everything very well, and very fast. We are happy to see things going very
smoothly. People are all friendly and very helpful. Parties are wild and last
until morning.
Point College is surely a place everyone
will want to return to!
P.S., The sink means ham in Estonian.
Over and out.

Superteam's blog
Hi.
We are the Super team: Simona from Latvia, Sölvi from the
Iceland, and Viktorija from Lithuania.
We all arrived here in Porvoo on Monday, and after some
mingling we decided to all go and get some dinner. After having only just
arrived in this city, we braved the streets of Porvoo full of confidence in our
ability to navigate to the restaurant we had decided on.
15 minutes later we’re standing in Porvoo central looking
for the restaurant, robbed of any clue as to where we should go. Intent on
finding it and full of good intentions the Lithuanian girls take up a map and
start pointing to where we might be and where we might possibly have to go. It
took us longer than I care to admit to realize that what they had was a map of
Helsinki.
We had dinner at Subway :)
Early yesterday morning we were put in our teams and given
projects to work on, the projects being the presentation that is going on right
now: Our countries as tourist destinations, and the other being the case study
which we’ll explain better later.
